Are your fees in addition to real estate agency fees?

Yes. Our fees correspond to a personalized consulting and search service. They are separate from rental agency fees or lease preparation costs that may be charged by the real estate agency or the owner of the selected property.

Do I have to pay the full amount upfront?

No. To officially launch the search, we require a **20%** deposit. The remaining balance is only due once the mission is completed (lease signing or handover of keys).

How many viewings are included in my package?

We do not limit the number of viewings. Our mission is to find the home that truly meets your expectations. We select and visit properties until we find your future home.

What is the average time to find a home?

The duration varies depending on market responsiveness and the specificity of your criteria. On average, a search is successful within **15 days**. However, this timeframe may extend to several months for atypical profiles or very rare property searches. Your flexibility and involvement are key success factors.

Can I search on my own in parallel?

For our support to be fully effective, we work on a basis of trust and exclusive collaboration. If you multiply searches in parallel, it creates duplicate applications with agencies and hurts your credibility. Our role is to centralize and filter 100% of the market for you: we work together so you no longer have to worry about property monitoring.

Do you have access to properties that I cannot access myself?

Absolutely. As locally established professionals, we have access to the 'Off-Market'. Thanks to our privileged relationships with real estate agencies and owners in the Pays d'Aix, we are informed about many properties before they are even published on standard listing sites. Furthermore, our responsiveness and reputation allow us to prioritize your application, giving you a head start over other candidates.

What happens if my rental application is rejected?

We work with you beforehand to build a 'perfect application file'. If a rejection occurs despite this, we analyze the reasons and immediately continue searching for other opportunities until an agreement is reached.

What happens if I change my search criteria along the way?

Mobility is a living project. If your needs evolve (change in budget, new geographical area), we will meet to adjust our search strategy immediately.

I cannot travel, what should I do?

We conduct viewings for you with comprehensive reports and immersive videos to help you make a confident decision from a distance.
