We could not have done this move without Steffi. She helped us with basically every aspect of relocating to Aix, from finding our apartment and sorting out our CPAM registration, to school hunting and even organising our maternity hospital package. Moving to a new country with a young family felt daunting, but Steffi made every step feel manageable and took the stress out of the parts we would never have navigated on our own. She went above and beyond our expectations, joining us on school and hospital appointments to help with the language barrier and logistics. An incredible, invaluable company! Steffi from Help en relocation was able to find us the exact apartment we wanted, in the timeframe we provided, in an incredibly competitive market. She helped us through every stage- making sure our dossier was perfect, speaking with agents (with experience and expertise), keeping us updated and reassuring us for any concerns we had all the long way. Working with Sylvie was so reassuring. She made me feel at ease right away, explained the process clearly, and was both optimistic and realistic about the rental market. I was prepared for the search to take several weeks, given my parameters. Sylvie did an excellent job of filtering, we looked at 4 places, and I accepted a beautiful place within less than 2 weeks of the real start of our search. I don't know how I could have done with this without her!
